Prepare for Shipping
Carefully repack your bike in its original factory box with all components, chargers, and manuals included to ensure safe transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and schedule a carrier pickup or drop it off at an authorized shipping location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
